Maternity sessions are so special. Want to know why? Because! Mamas, you’re growing a beautiful baby and we should celebrate this time.
I feel so lucky that I was able to photograph by beautiful friend and her family. She’s glowing!
The timing of this maternity session in Bethesda worked out perfectly with cherry blossom peak bloom!
This mama knew this would be a really great location for her family. It was close to her home, we didn’t have an issue with parking, and there were so many areas that worked great for photos!
For your maternity session I want you to think about including your partner and siblings. I was so happy to get some images of big brother and dad!
Young kids don’t have a super long attention span, and a lifestyle approach works really well for sessions. It can be challenging sometimes to get a little one pay enough attention to standing in a perfect spot and smiling perfect. Those images can definitely come out well but I find that sometimes those images aren’t as fun anyway! We want to move around and play and show personality!
